Our role
Workindly provides technology that helps customers discover and connect with independent professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, professionals are not employees or agents of Workindly and are responsible for the services they offer.
Bookings and payments
Before confirming a booking, review the scope, price, timing, and cancellation terms shown to you. Applicable taxes, fees, refunds, or payment holds will be disclosed through the service.
Professional obligations
Professionals must accurately describe their skills, maintain required licences and insurance, perform services safely and professionally, and comply with applicable laws. Customers must provide safe access and accurate service details.
Prohibited conduct
You may not harass others, post deceptive content, interfere with the platform, impersonate another person, or use Workindly to facilitate unsafe or illegal activity.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workindly disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension, changes, and contact
